Espinosa emerges from the need to create a space where things happen. It is located in an old warehouse in Paternal, featuring a variety of constructions including offices, an industrial mezzanine, and a concrete structure. A standout feature is an internal street that changes character and connects different spaces, fostering interaction and collaboration among the studios. The 7 spaces are designed for artistic and design activities, with a terrace serving as a common outdoor area. Construction was an experimental process, balancing the old and the new through material exploration. Espinosa is characterized by its simplicity and the authenticity of its materials, devoid of adornments, like a blank canvas for things to unfold.
