Arqueologías del Futuro is an International Festival of Contemporary Dance, Performance and Knowledge. The curatorship of this fourth edition begins with the concept of disobedient bodies, to open up in multiple directions: the importance of feminine identities and their affective-creative networks as world proposals; the lack of cultural public politics for the care of our spaces, which defines the discourses of our creations based on the precarious conditions of production. Category: Website Design
Place: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Date. Jan 2017
Website design for Matías Duville, visual artist from Mar del Plata. He works with objects, videos and installations, although his production has mainly grown out of drawing. His works evoke scenes of desolation with rarified, timeless atmospheres like those that precede a natural disaster: hurricanes, tsunamis or situations of abandonment in the forest that act as a dreamlike vision of a wandering explorer, like a mental landscape. http://www.matiasduville.com/

Lamas Burgariotti questions “the limits between design and art”
Lamas Burgariotti is a multidisciplinary graphic design studio located in Buenos Aires. Our practice is linked to visual arts and culturally-focused design projects. We work closely with artists, designers, curators, writers, filmmakers, dancers, architects, publishers, among other disciplines. We are known for our versatility and interest in the arts. Currently, we focus on visual identities, posters, editorial design and websites, as well as art pieces and installations. We find the intersection between art and design fundamental to our work. We began working together in 2013 as part of an interdisciplinary collective called Club de Amigos Costa Rica (C.A.C.R.) where we shared a space with other designers, illustrators, animators, and photographers. In 2017, we were invited to become part of Yeruá, where we currently share a workspace with other artists. Our selected clients are Adidas, TRImarchi, BIA-AR -International Architecture Biennial of Argentina, MALBA, MAMBA, Bienal de Arte Joven, Hessel Museum of Art NY, Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and RDR Architects.
María Victoria Lamas (1985 —Buenos Aires, Argentina) studied Graphic Design at the University of Buenos Aires. She has extensive experience in identity, editorial and web design. From 2007 to 2010, she was Teacher’s Assistant at Typography Cosgaya at FADU—UBA. In 2012, she founded Club de Amigos Costa Rica an interdisciplinary collective that focuses on art direction, animation, graphic design, photography and illustration. In 2015, she began to study painting at a workshop lead by Hernán Salamanco where she experimented with different techniques, exploring new materials. In 2017, formed Taller Yerua, an artist atelier where she currently works with Joaquín Burgariotti.
Joaquín Burgariotti (1984 —Buenos Aires, Argentina) began his studies in advertising and then joined the studio of designer Sergio Manela. He later continued his education at the UNA (National University of Art). He is particularly drawn to and influenced by his fascination with plants, wood and nature. He is self-taught in photography, a medium he often utilizes in his work. He has participated in several workshops led by the artists Jose Luis Landet, Hernán Salamanco and Paula Duro. In 2012, he presented his work in his first collective exhibition and later in 2015 was invited to present work at the collective exhibition “Mercadolibre” at UV Estudio. In 2018, he received a scholarship to participate in the residency “Cercanías” located in Mundo Dios, Mar del Plata, lead by Ernesto Ballesteros.
